This instructor-led course provides the knowledge and skills required by developers to design and build advanced database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server 2008. You will learn how to work with SQL Server consoles and tools and how to use the Transact-SQL programming language to build views, stored procedures, triggers, queries, and functions. You will also learn how to program error handling, work with complex data structures, and tune databases for optimal performance.

At course completion you will be able to:

• Design and create databases 
• Perform data selection queries
• Insert, update, and delete data
