Meet Our Team

Greg Bulette
President and
CEO
Greg has over 20 years of experience in technical training, courseware design, and certification development. As president and CEO of QuickLearn, he is responsible for business development strategy, future direction, and product planning.

Prior to founding QuickLearn, Greg was the Product Manager for Microsoft’s Training and Certification group where he managed curriculum and certification for Microsoft .NET server platforms and developer tools.

Before Microsoft, Greg traveled around the world teaching classes and delivering sessions at major industry events such as TechEd and PDC. He has developed numerous Microsoft courses and certification exams and he was the author of two MCSE study guides published by IDG books.

John Callaway

Training Manager
John Callaway has more than 9 years of experience developing enterprise-level applications and teaching advanced courses based on Microsoft products and technologies. Prior to joining QuickLearn as an instructor, John worked as a independent Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) delivering C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SharePoint, Commerce Server, and BizTalk Server classes across the U.S.

Since joining QuickLearn, John has developed a number of Microsoft courses including Host Integration Server, BizTalk Server 2004, 2006 and 2009, and SharePoint Server. John is also the original developer and primary instructor for the BizTalk Deep Dive training which has been taught to thousands students worldwide. John regularly teaches BizTalk and SharePoint training to developers and systems engineers all around the world. John was also the lead author for the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 partner certification exam.

Rob Callaway Technologist

Rob Callaway is a QuickLearn technologist and trainer who specializes in developing, deploying, and managing Microsoft .NET platforms and technologies. He is the author of several of our BizTalk developer and administrator courses and he has trained thousands of BizTalk students around the world over the last five years.

Rob has also authored several Microsoft Official Curriculum courses and he helped to develop two BizTalk certification exams for Microsoft. Most recently, he developed a new course for implementing Microsoft virtualization technologies using Hyper-V.

Anthony Borton Technologist
Trainer
Anthony Borton is a Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP and is QuickLearn's Visual Studio ALM technologist and trainer. Has has been an MCP and MCT for more than 15 years and has completed over 50 exams including MS exam 001. He is a Professional Scrum Developer Trainer and has been a Certified ScrumMaster for a number of years. As a regular conference presenter, you may have seen Anthony at TechEd, PDC, and the Microsoft internal TechReady conference.

Anthony develops all of our ALM training and teaches classes worldwide. In addition to teaching ALM courses, Anthony can also provide ALM mentoring and consulting services to help improve the productivity of your development team.

Nick Hauenstein Content Developer
Trainer
Nick Hauenstein has been developing software applications in various languages for more than 11 years, with heavy focus on C# since 2003. Since joining QuickLearn, he has authored numerous training guides and hands-on labs for training courses covering a variety of topics including ASP.NET, WCF, LINQ, WPF, Silverlight, BizTalk, and ESB 2.0.

Nick is also an instructor who specializes in WCF, BizTalk, and ESB 2.0 courses. He has presented technical sessions at industry events and has taught advanced classes to Microsoft employees at Microsoft internal events such as TechReady. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for BizTalk Server and a member of the Microsoft Connected Technology Advisor group.

Justin Shands Administrator

Justin has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Idaho where he specialized in C# programming and graphical user interface (GUI) applications development. Justin is responsible for managing internal systems and the company web site for QuickLearn and he provides technical support for our external partners and remote students. Justin also writes technical documents, student workbooks, and he develops advanced hands-on labs for many of our courses including BizTalk, SharePoint, and Windows Server virtualization (Hyper-V) training.

Account Manager

Monique is a Seattle University Alumni with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. For the past two years at QuickLearn, she has worked as Account Manager – connecting students, customers and partners with the training, knowledge, and skills required to accomplish project goals. Monique is your contact for all training or partner inquiries. She works with our clients from start to finish, so you will always know who to reach.

In addition to her role as Account Manager, Monique specializes in business development and web marketing solutions using her extensive knowledge in online marketing campaign management, search engine optimization (SEO), and web content management.
